This cookie policy applies to the platform https://docemo.tech and to visitors and users within the European Economic Area and Switzerland.

1. What are cookies

A cookie is a small file that is stored on your device by your browser when you visit our website. Cookies allow, among other things, to remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and measure the use of the platform. In this policy, we use the term "cookies" also for similar techniques such as scripts and pixels.

2. What types of cookies do we use

Strictly necessary and functional cookies. These are necessary for the platform to function and to enable basic features such as logging into your account, remembering your language preference, and storing your cookie preferences. Without these cookies, the platform does not work correctly. No consent is required for these cookies.

Statistical cookies. We use these to understand how visitors use our platform so that we can improve it. We only place these cookies after you have given your consent.

Marketing and tracking cookies. Docemo currently does not use marketing or tracking cookies. Our partners also do not place cookies on our platform.

On your first visit, we display a cookie banner. Non-strictly necessary cookies, including statistical cookies, are only placed after you have given your consent. Your consent is free, specific, informed, and active, and you can withdraw it or adjust your preferences at any time as easily via the cookie settings on our platform. 5. Managing and deleting cookies

6. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure and improve the use of our platform. Google Analytics and the associated analytical cookies are only loaded and placed after you have given your consent via the cookie banner. No analytical cookies are placed without prior consent.

7. Third-party cookies

When checking out a paid e-learning, our payment provider may place cookies that are necessary for processing and securing your payment. We do not always have control over the cookies placed by this third party; please also refer to their own privacy and cookie policy.
